Rehearsals for the 82nd Annual Academy Awards

Kate Winslet, a familiar face at award shows lately was on stage today at the Kodak Theater. Requiring actors and actresses to walk through their announcement speeches at the 82nd Annual Academy Awards, the actress was on hand with the stage manager going through her part of the Oscars.

Considered the biggest award show in the world, the Oscars have gone over every angle to make the best possible production tomorrow night. Rehearsing the entire performance before the big night, the entire cast and crew was in Hollywood one final time for the perfection needed.

Kate was seen arriving at the Ritz Hotel, she appears to be there for some Paris Fashion Week show. Her Contagion co-star Matt Damon and his wife were also there.

Out and about in London on February 22

Kate Winslet looked beautiful in black as she caught a flight out of Heathrow Airport to New York after attending the BAFTAs in London. Before her departure, Kate spent some time signing autographs in the Covent Garden section of London.

While black is a slimming color, Kate has been looking very fit lately.

Kate stole the evening and made heads turn at the BAFTAs ceremony with a fabulous black Stella MacCartney dress and also wearing Tiffany & Co’s diamond and black jade earrings and a diamond and black onyx bracelet. Just how hot was she?!
