Offering a first look at the long-awaited film, Kate Winslet took center stage at the Paris premiere of Carnage on Sunday evening, November 20.

Dressed in a radiant Stella McCartney red dress, the Oscar-winning actress looked stunning as she worked the Cinema Gaumont Marignan arrivals area while joined in the French capital city by co-star John C. Reilly and director Roman Polanski.
