Kate Winslet and her boyfriend, Louis Dowler, piled on the layers yesterday to face the rainy Fall day in NYC. The couple are in the Big Apple gearing up for colder weather after a jet-setting few weeks full of travel to Spain, France, and Kate’s home country of England. They manage to bring the PDA wherever they go, and their afternoon stroll was no exception as they crossed the street holding hands. Kate had a big smile on her face during their outing, and she has another reason to grin as she gears up to celebrate her 35th birthday today with Louis and her children, Mia and Joe!
